To be hoped that they are keeping their community safer than the lot who have just killed the sixteen year old girl.
Although civillian drivers are often 'arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving' I notice that (as usual) the police male has not been arrested. Apparently it is not essential to arrest police to carry out the inquiry, interview him or gather evidence.
Particularly worrying that the police made no attempt to give first aid to the victim, held the public back from giving first aid and tasered a man who tried to break through to help her.
Would the public be legally justified in using reasonable force against the police in such circumstances? - S.3 criminal law act.
