I should've been a scuzzer!

My world has gone mad again!
Just to cap off a really shite few months the following happens.
My 17 yr old son has just lost his job and has been told he can't have any benefits as he's too young and lives in a nice area with parents who work!
If you've got a criminal record or you take drugs then you qualify!
I need a break says I so I decide to book a family holiday abroad that includes the last 8 days of my 10 yr old sons school term, you know, when all the teachers are in wind down mode and all you do at school is play.
The headmistress has told my wife who works at the school during lunch times that a letter is being sent to the educational social worker!!!
Oh yeah.
My Mrs.
She's been told that she has to choose between the holiday and her job!!
What the hell is it that we're all working for?
I wonder if I should bring a suitcase stuffed with fags back and open a dodgy shop?

They target people in respectable, decent jobs with things to lose because it's too much like hard work dealing with people who really couldn't care less about rules and regs.
Try telling 'em that it's a religious holiday. That should send 'em ducking for cover and helping to pack your cases.

When my cousin wanted to take her 8 year old out of school for the last 3 days of term to start their holiday before the Easter rush, the school threatened her with truancy officers and social workers.

Yet when he became seriously ill later in the year and was off school for more than 6 months recovering, she couldn't even get them to give him work to do at home and had to fight tooth and nail to get a home tutor.

Fuckwits.

I was really ill when I was younger & my form tutor was brilliant but my enlish tutor turned round & said, after I'd asked her a question because I didn't understand the particular story being studied "Perhaps if you showed your face more often at school you would understand, I'll see you during lunch"
She was a cow & when I went to my form tutor about it, her excuse was "her divorce was a bit stressful"
Like that was my fault!!!

My mum really struggled to get work sent home to me too, even though my 2 brothers were at the same school & could have bought it home with them, 1 hour's tutoring a week, for the run up to my GCSE's was classed as sufficient. While Johnny Scumbag got 4 hours!!!!! 4 Hours! Because he was "One of the lower abilities & needed extra help" Maybe if he had done some schoolwork & been intersted he wouldn't have been one of the lower sets!

Rant over :o)
Nice to see you back Frankie, thought you'd disappeared for good!

Sometimes it just like everything is conspiring against you doesn't it.

Last week my consultant (boss) told me that it would "be better if you came into work rather than taking your annual leave."

You're right. What are working for?

You'll feel better after a break - I know I will

Glad to see you back Franky. Yet do these people rear their head when we have to deal with gangs of 10 and 11 yr olds at 1am on a saturday night when the parents dont give a shit.
Yet when you book a holiday on school holidays you often pay an extra £1 to 200 quid!!!!

Franky, ditto, nice to hear your back. It's a conspiracy. It must be! Check your PNB. Have you ticketted the Headmistress, or her husband, or her family? It's payback time.

These institutions are as erm, you know, I can't say the word, as ours. Liberal do-gooders, who don't have a concept of real diversity!
On a serious note, take it easy my friend, we have to do another raid on the BB house soon!

Franky, I haven't set a site up yet so haven't got a link to one, as for sad sack, he appears to be someone who thinks he stands for every innocent member of the public we seem to persecute on a daily basis and so has come to Police blogs with the sole intention of making them inoperable by hijacking accounts and posting comments somewhat randomly. Basically a sad little tosser who doesn't have the guts to actually approach a Police officer in the street and hold them to account of their daily evils!!!
