If only senior officers in the UK were like this.
I'd give up a months pay ( and no I can't afford it! ) to have a boss like this. Makes you feel like kicking the bin over and shouting stuff.

for all my years complaining to friends & colleagues alike about the injustices of our job, the pressures bobbys face, the lack of punishment for criminals & the ridiculous road political correctness is taking us down. i have never been able to sum it all up better than this guy.
it is a truly breathtaking accurate reflection of what is wrong in the world today. he deserves a medal.
I've said it before,can you imagine any of the spineless yes men who make up ACPO being so honest and candid and actually articulating the feelings of the men and women they 'lead'.No.Neither can I.Hats off to this guy.
If only senior officers in the US were like this. No, alas, that wasn't the chief. That was the deceased officer's union rep.
